The training was long and very tedious and not user friendly. There are various sounds, vibrations, and or shock levels that can be used.

Halo had me send in the collar for diagnosis which wasn’t ideal and took about two weeks, but they sent me a refurbished collar that has worked really well since. Their customer support seems top notch, has always been super friendly and gone above and beyond to help me.
