Both parks have lots of cherry blossoms. and offer wonderful sights. Ueno park has trees along the paths and on the grounds. Chidoragafuchi has trees along the moat; you can rent a boat for around 500-800 yen to go on the moat. I recommend you go to both parks if you have the time; the trees look gorgeous when in bloom.

I think you need more time, park and museum but trying to see the zoo is probably pushing your luck . Worth seeing though
