We had tickets to see the Kelly Clarkson show. We stood in line for 2 hours before going through security. They checked our IDs at least 4 different times and at security I had to remove my belt. We … Full review by TIM K

I really liked the way the entrance looks: neon lights and crowded area of people waiting in the line. However, I waited too long to get in the building Full review by mastercat7182
For those who had done this tour and have been able to see the SNL studio. What day of the week and time did you choose? It would be the reason I was doing the tour.

We went at 2pm on Tuesday, November 26, 2019 and got to see the SNL Studio. I have to say it was pretty awesome!

It isn't included in the tour price, but it is in the same building so it is an easy walk to the entrance to Top of the Rock. You can either buy a timed ticket or take your chances with an untimed ticket and potentially wait in a longer line. My family did not purchase a timed ticket which worked out because there wasn't a line at all when we went, which was around 5pm on a weekday in July.
My daughter and I were to travel to NYC and attend the NBC tour. 2 days before our flight she was diagnosed with breast cancer and so our trip was canceled. Is there any way to obtain a refund? We have a doctor’s letter explaining her diagnosis.
