Amazon says approximately 1,250 new "high-paying, high tech" jobs will be created by the $20-billion investment that includes a Falls Township campus.

Amazon said Monday that it will spend $20 billion on two data center complexes in Pennsylvania, including one it is building alongside a nuclear power plant that has drawn federal scrutiny over an arrangement to essentially plug right into the power plant.

As data center demand soars, Amazon expands the use of wastewater to cool its U.S. data centers and curb its use of drinking water.
