My Chemical Romance's Frank Iero paid tribute to his former bandmate Bob Bryar, who was found dead in his Tennessee home last week at the age of 44.

Mr. Bryar joined My Chemical Romance in 2004. The band, led by the brothers Gerard and Mikey Way, had just released the record “Three Cheers for Sweet Revenge,” which went platinum and helped build a following among fans of emo and pop punk.

My Chemical Romance paid tribute to drummer Bob Bryar Monday. The band shared a statement on Instagram with a photo of Bryar saying farewell to their bandmate. "It is with a heavy heart that we say goodbye to Bob Bryar, our former bandmate and an important part of the history of My Chemical Romance," the band said.
