After seeing an opening offer for Jobe Bellingham rejected, Borussia Dortmund are now close to reaching an agreement with Sunderland to sign the Englishman, according to Bild.Dortmund’s original

Borussia Dortmund have agreed a fee of up to €38million (£32m; $43.3m) with Sunderland for Jobe Bellingham. The German club will pay between €30m-€33m for the 19-year-old, with the additional fee coming from potential add-ons.

It’s understood that Sunderland have also agreed a sell-on clause of around 15% should Bellingham move on in future. Birmingham City will benefit from this current deal due to a similar clause in the deal that brought the midfielder to Wearside two years ago.
