For many Delawareans who celebrate Thanksgiving, sitting down to a home-cooked meal surrounded by family and friends is a staple holiday tradition. Many enjoy traditional dishes such as mashed potatoes, pumpkin pie and turkey – the most recognizable of the season.

While some major stores will be closed on Thanksgiving, other grocery stores and retailers will be open. Check the list before heading to the store.
