DK Metcalf missed a second day of practice on Thursday with a shoulder injury. Here's an update on what we know about the status of the Seahawks star.

It is a lengthy practice report for Seattle on Wednesday, with DK Metcalf, Tyler Lockett and Leonard Williams among those who were non-participants in practice. The good news is Uchenna Nwosu and Stone Forsythe were participants to varying degrees after being allowed to return to practice from injured reserve.

Seahawks coaches did not speak with the media following yesterday's practice, so until we hear from Mike Macdonald we have to rely on the injury report - and that's bad news.
