Abercrombie & Fitch lifted its full-year sales guidance after double-digit sales growth in both of its major brands propped up results in the third quarter.

Abercrombie & Fitch topped third-quarter earnings estimates, raised guidance for the full year, and appointed a new chief financial officer. But the stock was falling in premarket trading as sales growth showed signs of gradually decelerating.

Abercrombie & Fitch Co.’s stock ANF fell 4.2% in premarket trading on Tuesday despite its better-than-expected third-quarter revenue and profit. The company cited strength in its brands and double-digit sales growth for the sixth consecutive quarter.

Abercrombie & Fitch lifted its annual sales forecast on Tuesday, betting on strong demand at its namesake label and its teen-focused Hollister brand.
