In the latest episode of the popular chat-show, Jin candidly spoke about the track and how it was solely created on his vision, unlike other BTS songs which are mostly an amalgamation of individual opinions of all the seven members.

The K-pop star, a member of the boy band BTS, released his debut solo album, Happy, and a music video for the song "Running Wild" on Friday. The "Running Wild" video shows Jin and his dog calmly enjoy a day in sunny California as a disaster destroys the world around them.

BTS’ Jin, who debuted his first solo project “Happy,” Nov. 15, recently detailed his excitement toward the release—as well as his appearance on The Tonight Show—in an exclusive video for E! News.

The video subtly nods to Jin's BTS roots, with fans noting the clever use of his birth date and the number 7—representing the seven BTS members—in the car's number plate in the teaser.

BTS member Jin taught Jimmy Fallon how to do his viral “Super Tuna” dance on Wednesday’s (20 November) episode of The Tonight Show. The singer, 31, released an extended version of the 2021 single in October 2024 after completing his mandatory military service in South Korea.
