Tennessee football commitment Joel Wyatt is adjusting to a faster pace after transferring to Oakland, something he feels will be beneficial.

That player being Joel Wyatt from Bellbuckle, Tennessee. He committed to the Tennessee Volunteers over a plethora of different programs, including the in-state Vanderbilt Commodores, who gave the Vols a great battle for the in-state target.

Tennessee added a commitment to its 2026 football recruiting class. Four-star athlete Joel Wyatt committed to the Vols over Oklahoma, Vanderbilt, Georgia and LSU on Tuesday. The 6-foot-4, 195-pound prospect is an in-state target. He transferred from The Webb School in Bell Buckle, Tennessee to Oakland High School in Murfreesboro, Tennessee.
