The year of Mathew Tkachuk continues. The 27-year-old was one of the prominent players for the United States in the 4 Nations Face-Off (despite suffering an injury) in February then helped the Florida Panthers win their second consecutive Stanley Cup in June.

EA Sports has announced that the Deluxe Edition of NHL 26 will feature Matthew Tkachuk, Brady Tkachuk and their father Keith Tkachuk on the cover.
