Conor Geekie pulled a heavy box containing an air hockey table off the bottom shelf of the toy department Tuesday afternoon at Target in South Tampa and wedged it into a shopping cart that was way too small for it.

On Tuesday players helped kids fill up their shopping carts with presents for the Bolts' annual holiday giving initiative with Metropolitan Ministries.

Twelve-year-old Shakeal Bryant has a new favorite Tampa Bay Lightning player. Shakeal joined his sister, Shiakyla, and brother, Jayceon Gadson, on Tuesday afternoon for a holiday shopping event put on by the Lightning and local charitable organization Metropolitan Ministries.
