A group of about a dozen migrants, including young children, tried to spend the night at Logan Airport this week.

An advocate for migrant families said he believes some families are reluctant to go into a temporary shelter, because it prevents them from getting longer-term emergency housing support.

Some families who were at the airport said they were offered a five-day stay in overflow shelters, but declined because of the limitation on applying for longer-term placements.

The launch of Lunchly, a brand co-founded by YouTube influencers MrBeast, Logan Paul, and KSI, has sparked controversy. Positioned as a direct competitor to the Lunchables brand, Lunchly’s entry into the food market has been met with skepticism and criticism.
