HENRICO, Va. (WWBT/Gray News) - Heart-stopping video shows the moment a good Samaritan saved a toddler from traffic after the little boy wandered away from school. Two teachers are no longer employed in the wake of the incident.

A Montessori school in Henrico County says two teachers are no longer with the school after a toddler walked away from his class and into traffic before being saved.

Two preschool teachers are no longer employed after a child wandered into traffic on Friday morning. Richmond Montessori School says a toddler was able to wander away from his class and into traffic on North Parham Road.

Tre Waddy was on his way to work when he had to do a double and triple take after he saw the child running down the side of Parham Road last Friday morning.
