Sony released a new sizzle reel ahead of PlayStation’s 30th anniversary on December 3 that celebrates its biggest exclusives and most iconic franchise moments. “It’s about you,” the company posted on X (formerly known as Twitter). “Thank you for 30 years of play.”

So an acknowledgement of Bloodborne's existence by Sony is a big deal among Bloodborne devotees, especially when the concept of "persistence" is invoked. Sure, the game itself may require "persistence", but Bloodborne's fanbase has been nothing but persistent in its quest to get Sony to either fix or reissue the game.

Bloodborne fans are once again freaking out over a potential incoming announcement as Sony ended its special PlayStation 30th Anniversary trailer with a clip from the beloved FromSoftware game and the phrase "it's about persistence.
