Police responded to multiple reports of shots fired at Woodbridge Street and Wheelock Parkway in St. Paul’s North End about 9:50 p.m. on Oct. 12. Riccardo Anthony Fleming was found lying in the street with multiple gunshot wounds and died soon after at the hospital.

The St. Paul Police Department confirmed that someone was shot dead on the 600 block of Aurora Avenue, yards from the Rondo Community Library and the St. Albans Church of God. No arrests or other injuries were reported. Police will release further information in an upcoming press conference.
