Tennessee defeated the Georgia Bulldogs by a score of 74-56. This is the second straight win for the Vols. Tennessee went toe-to-toe with one of the many ranked SEC teams. Tennessee went to battle with the Georgia Bulldogs. Georgia was ranked No. 23 in the nation. Tennessee was ranked No. 6 in the nation.

The Bulldogs led the Volunteers at the break, but a second-half surge from No. 6 Tennessee put the game out of reach for No. 23 Georgia.

A couple of SEC squads in the top 25 take the court on Wednesday, Jan 15 with the No. 23 Georgia Bulldogs going against the No. 6 Tennessee Volunteers at Food City Center in Knoxville, Tenn.
