The Smithsonian said that it would update an exhibit at the National Museum of American History to reflect all impeachment proceedings in U.S. history after a placard was removed last month.

Last month, a placard referencing the impeachment of President Trump was reported to be missing from one of the museum's exhibits.

The Smithsonian Institution will restore information about President Donald Trump’s two impeachments from an exhibit after removing it in July for a “content review” following pressure from the White House to remove National Portrait Gallery director Kim Sajet.
