Microsoft's controversial Recall is back — but only if you're a Windows Insider
Today, Microsoft announced that Recall is coming off the bench — but there are some caveats. You need to be a Windows Insider on the Dev Channel and own a Copilot+ PC powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon X Elite or Snapdragon X Plus chipset in order to access the preview of Recall.
Windows Recall is ready for testing (on select PCs)
Recall is basically a feature that’s supposed to give your PC a sort of “photographic memory,” making it easier to find things you’ve created, searched for, or interacted with over the past few months and pick up where you left off.

Microsoft begins rolling out Recall feature to developers as AI PC push continues
