The unnamed fishing vessel was working about 40 miles off the coast of Boston Friday morning when the crew discovered the body after reeling in the boat’s fishing nets.

No foul play is suspected in the case of the "wrapped" deceased body which was pulled from the ocean by a fishing crew off the coast of Massachusetts last week, according to the Suffolk County District Attorney's office.

The identity of the person whose body was pulled out of the ocean with the crew's fishing net has not been determined
