Justin Fields is headed to the Jets after agreeing Monday to a two-year, $40 million deal, including $30 million guaranteed. He could be a surprise No. 1 Fantasy quarterback this season. Last year, Fields started the first six games with the Steelers and got Pittsburgh off to a 4-2 start before being benched in favor of Russell Wilson.
