Actor and Eagles fan Rob McElhenny, best known for co-creating and starring in FXX’s “It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia,” had recently offered to foot the bill for a fine incurred by Eagles player

On Saturday, it was reported that the NFL fined Philadelphia Eagles rookie outside linebacker Jalyx Hunt $5,690 for his celebration after sacking Patrick Mahomes in Super Bowl LIX, per NFL Network's Tom Pelissero.

McElhenney is certainly best known for his role in It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia, especially by Eagles fans. However, he is an incredibly famous actor and appears in numerous other TV shows and movies.

Jalyx Hunt is finding a positive way to deal with his fine from the NFL following his sack of Patrick Mahomes in the Super Bowl. The Eagles' rookie linebacker was apparently fined $5,690 by the NFL for unsportsmanlike conduct for his "bow-and-arrow" sack celebration during the second quarter of Philadelphia's eventual 40-22 win over the Chiefs.
