Black Friday shopping started early at the Citadel Outlets in Commerce with some stores opening their doors for well before dawn.

In-person Black Friday shopping is in full swing at the Citadel with lines forming and families joining in on the holiday festivities.

Black Friday crowds aren't what they used to be, but shoppers still turned out at brick-and-mortar stores in large numbers this year.
