The teen was scheduled to appear for a hearing on the charges Thursday in the Lincoln Hall of Justice in Detroit, the Wayne County Prosecutor's Office said. He is to be charged with third-degree fleeing police, receiving and concealing a stolen motor vehicle, reckless driving as well as driving without a license, according to a news release.

Following what police called a brief foot chase, officers found the teen who still had the gun. Police said he refused to comply with verbal commands and was Tased before being taken into custody. Menasha Police said the boy will be charged with several offenses and was taken to the Winnebago County Jail.

A cross-county police chase led to the arrest of multiple teenagers, who were allegedly driving as fast as 120 mph during the pursuit.
