Police have released photos of nearly 100 suspects, including minors, related to the violent clashes in Sambhal during a mosque survey. The unrest left five dead and multiple injuries. Authorities aim to recover damages and ensure justice while maintaining peace in the area.

As more evidence emerged regarding the 24 November violence in Sambhal, the Uttar Pradesh Police now intend to display posters featuring photographs of over 100 accused. These individuals are accused of firing weapons and throwing stones during the violence against a court-mandated survey of the Shahi Jama Masjid in the Kot West area.

Days after violence broke out in Uttar Pradesh’s Sambhal, killing four people and injuring several others, the police said protesters have been identified through video footage from drone cameras and CCTV footage from the area.

Sambhal Police have released images of individuals allegedly involved in the violence opposing the mosque survey on November 24.
