[C#] PNG transparency over Transparent forms?

Heh, After 4 hours of trying everything a newbie C# guy could think of, I'm begging for some help:<BR><BR>Have a form, using either an image/color + transparency key, I have a transparent form.

C#, .PNG and DPI: Help my icons not look funny.
