Hyundai doesn't offer a trailer hitch on the Santa Cruz (though it's rated to tow up to 5,000 pounds), but we'll be visiting our local U-Haul dealer to get one fitted.

The only Kia affected is the Carnival minivan from 2022 and 2023. All have Hyundai or Kia tow hitch harnesses that came as original equipment or were installed by dealers.

Hyundai and Kia have added the Santa Cruz, Santa Fe and Carnival models to an existing tow hitch harness recall.
