SAN ANTONIO — Kawhi Leonard stood in his usual spot during starting lineup introductions with the LA Clippers on the road. The San Antonio Spurs’ public address announcer rattled off the names of the Clippers’ starters and got to Leonard last:

James Harden scored 40 points, Norman Powell added 33 and Kawhi Leonard had 18 in three quarters in their 127-117 victory over Milwaukee.

Wednesday’s game between the Celtics and Clippers was highly entertaining. Boston required overtime to win despite having Jayson Tatum, Jaylen Brown, and Derrick White in the lineup. The Clippers were down four starters (James Harden, Norman Powell, Kawhi Leonard, and Ivica Zubac), but the available players didn’t use that as an excuse.
