A coalition of states, including Vermont and New York, are suing President Donald Trump's administration over an executive order that seeks to end birthright citizenship. Vermont Attorney General Charity Clark and New York Attorney General Letitia James are among the attorneys general from 19 states,

This executive order is plainly unconstitutional,” Vermont Attorney General Clark said in a statement Tuesday announcing the lawsuit.
