New Delhi, Mar 17 (PTI) A 19-year-old has invented a special modified walker with adjustable legs to help the elderly and differently-abled persons climb up and down the stairs with ease.

Melvin Walker was captured on Ring doorbell camera putting an elderly woman into a chokehold during a robbery of her north Houston home, police said.
