Boeing delivered fewer airplanes in September compared with recent months and past years, as it felt the first effects of the ongoing Machinists strike.

Boeing released its latest aircraft delivery stats for the third quarter. While the plane maker delivered more than 115 airplanes over the last three months and more than 30 in September alone, it expects these numbers to dip in October due to the ongoing strike of many of its workers.
