A 35-year-old was charged with two counts of first-degree murder after deputies say he shot two older adults in the head with a shotgun.

A Page County DUI suspect who escaped from custody while at Page Memorial Hospital Sunday morning was later captured.

One victim died at the scene and another was taken to an area hospital, according to the South Carolina Highway Patrol.
