Benjamin Elliott was 17 when he stabbed his twin sister to death in her sleep. His defense is that he was asleep at the time.

Defense attorney Wes Rucker called sleepwalking the elephant in the room in the trial of now 21-year-old Benjamin Elliott."Is this just some made-up bologna or a really creative defense?" Rucker said.
