Marking today as an "important day" for Bihar, CM Nitish Kumar said that it was decided in 2015 only that a new AIIMS would be constructed in the state. The Chief Minister recalled his conversations with then Finance Minister Arun Jaitley and Health Minister JP Nadda, saying how he told them about the formation of a second AIIMS in the state.
