The toxicology report reveals that the driver in the deadly Cybertruck crash had a blood alcohol concentration (BAC) more than twice the legal limit.

The 19-year-old suspected of being the driver in a fiery Tesla Cybertruck crash in Piedmont last year that left three people dead had drugs and alcohol in his system, according to the Alameda County Coroner's Office.

The victims were each recent graduates of Piedmont High School and had returned from college for Thanksgiving. The crash devastated the Piedmont community, and Piedmont Police Chief Jeremy Bowers

The three deceased from the Cybertruck crash in the Bay Area's Piedmont enclave in November had been drinking and using cocaine, toxicology reports show.

Soren Dixon, a 19-year-old driver killed in a California car crash that also claimed the lives of two others, had blood alcohol levels over twice the legal limit and cocaine in his system at the time of the incident,

According to autopsy and toxicology results obtained by USA TODAY from the Alameda County Coroner's Office, Dixon had a blood alcohol concentration of 0.195%,more than twice the legal limit for drivers (.08%). The results also show he had cocaine in his system.
