The “ Derealize ” Exotic mission in Destiny 2 is the final step for “ The Taken Path ” Exotic quest, and it’s where you’ll finally get the Barrow-Dyad Exotic submachine gun. The mission is a bit shorter and more straightforward than some of the recent Exotic quests, but it’s still tricky in some spots, and has plenty of new mechanics to learn.

Barrow-Dyad is a hidden Exotic SMG released in Destiny 2's Heresy episode, adding a new Exotic mission aboard the derelict Dreadnaught. Unlocking the mission is somewhat difficult due to its secrecy,

“The Taken Path” Exotic quest in Destiny 2 will guide you through multiple complex steps and an Exotic mission to get you the Barrow-Dyad SMG added in Destiny 2: Heresy. Like most of Heresy, the quest is filled with secrets for you to uncover and unravel, and you’ll need to figure it all out if you want your fancy new gun.

Facing the rune, move to the right, don't turn around and walk forward, simply move right while facing forward and you'll be teleported to the other side of the room where you'll be able to collect the exotic item called "Taken Osseus Fragment." Head over to Eris' apartment and talk to the slab to receive The Taken Path exotic quest.
