Kevin McCarty has claimed victory in the race to be the next mayor of Sacramento, after more ballot counts were released on Tuesday. "I am honored to be the next Mayor of Sacramento," McCarty said in a statement on X. "Thank you to my incredible supporters and campaign team, whose dedication and hard work made this victory possible."
