H ouston rapper Trae tha Truth said he saw "a lot of devastation." when arrived in Kerrville early Monday to distribute supplies to families affected by the July 4 floods. "Some of the homes are flooded," he said. "But that's minor compared to the damage of everything that swept through the river banks. It's a lot going on, man, everywhere you go."
