The New Orleans Fire Department was on the scene of a 3-alarm fire in the French Quarter Tuesday morning, Nov. 19.

Despite the threat of street flooding and heavy rain moving into the area, the New Orleans Fire Department was on the scene battling a 3-alarm fire in the French Quarter. The fire broke out at a building at the intersection of Bourbon and Orleans Street early Tuesday morning.
