A former body guard for Sean Combs has filed a defamation lawsuit against a woman who in September accused him of physically and sexually assaulting her in 2001.

Sean "Diddy" Combs has been sued for allegedly raping a 10-year-old aspiring rapper in 2005 and a 'Making the Band' aspiring contestant in 2008

The decision could have implications in a number of other civil actions filed anonymously against the music mogul, who is currently also facing criminal sex trafficking and racketeering charges brought by federal prosecutors in Manhattan.

U.S. prosecutors rejected Sean "Diddy" Combs' accusation that government agents leaked evidence to undermine his defense against criminal sex trafficking charges and said the music mogul doesn't deserve a list of names of his accusers.

Joe Sherman, a former celebrity bodyguard accused of raping a woman with Sean "Diddy" Combs more than two decades ago, claims he is being falsely accused and unfairly linked to the controversial entertainment star who is facing sex trafficking charges.

Joseph Sherman filed a defamation and emotional distress suit against Thalia Graves, who accused him and Diddy of rape.
