The series is set after the events of the Tomb Raider "Survivor" trilogy of games which finished with Shadow of the Tomb Raider. In the trailer, we see Lara (voiced by Hayley Atwell) surrounded by enemies and allies and on various quests through the ancient chambers she so often frequents, dual pistols out.

The Legend of Lara Croft" showrunner Tasha Huo tells EW the series will tackle "what created the woman we knew and loved from the ‘90s."

A trailer for Devil May Cry was shown too. Based on Capcom ‘s action adventure series, the show is led by Adi Shankar (who was showrunner on Netflix’s Castlevania series) and animated by Studio Mir (The Legend of Korra), and will premiere in April 2025.
