The Apple TV Plus show Time Bandits has run out of time as one of the best streaming services has canceled the series after one season. The fantasy show was added to Apple TV Plus in late July and despite getting a 78% score from the critics on Rotten Tomatoes,

Lisa Kudrow's Time Bandits gets cancelled, while Jennifer Aniston's The Morning Show gets more Emmy nominations.

Time Bandits premiered July 24. Apple TV Plus called it “an unpredictable journey through time and space with a ragtag group of thieves and their newest recruit: an 11-year-old history buff named Kevin. Together, they set out on a thrilling quest to save the boy’s parents — and the world.”

The series has reportedly been canned after one season. More to come.
