KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WATE) — Whataburger, the fast food restaurant that has gone from a Texas favorite to a national chain with 1,000 locations, is planning to expand into East Tennessee.

According to MWB’s website, the group is planning to build 90 locations across East Tennessee and North Alabama.
