BEREA, Ohio — Receiver Cedric Tillman’s lower left leg injury from Day 3 of training camp Friday proved to be nothing serious, and he returned to practice on Saturday.

After the Browns traded veteran wide receiver Amari Cooper a year ago, Tillman stepped in at a high level. Stepping up with a veteran exiting, Tillman racked up 302 yards and three touchdowns in a four-game stretch leading up to his concussion that ended his season.

The start of the Cleveland Browns training camp has not gone splendidly. LB Jordan Hicks retired out of nowhere, the offense doesn’t seem in sync, and WR Cedric Tillman went down with an injury on Friday, the first day fans were present this year.
