The “Kill Bill” singer joined Kendrick Lamar on stage in the middle of the Kansas City Chiefs vs. Philadelphia Eagles game.

It isn't just Kendrick Lamar who has been making all sorts of waves after his iconic performance at Super Bowl LIX on Feb. 9. One of his guest performers in the highly anticipated halftime show was r&b star SZA, who sang two of her songs with the renowned rapper during her Super Bowl cameo.

This week marks the first time two performers from the year's halftime show are Nos. 1 and 2 in the wake of the show.

Lamar’s longtime collaborator SZA is set to join him throughout the set. While the guest cameo made perfect sense to fans, the “ Snooze ” singer did not expect it to happen. During an interview with Apple Music’s Nadeska Alexis and Eddie Francis, SZA shared her shocked reaction to be invited to hit the stage alongside Kendrick Lamar.

His “GNX” album returns to the top of the Billboard 200 with 236,000 equivalent album units following his performance at the Super Bowl Halftime Show. With its latest jump from No. 4 to 1, “GNX” marks the set’s second week atop the chart following its release in November.

Kendrick Lamar is the first rap act with three of the top 10 albums on the Billboard 200 chart at the same time, in the wake of the 2025 Super Bowl.
