Eleven of Anne Arundel’s 15 high schools have graduation rates higher than 90%, data released by the Maryland State Department of Education shows.

Anne Arundel County officials said county buildings will open on Tuesday after a cyber incident forced operations to close on Sunday. The cyber incident disrupted public services including limited access to the internet.
