Denver Broncos rookie quarterback Bo Nix has been making waves with his impressive performances, but recent news of a back injury during the team’s Week 12 victory over the Raiders has sparked questions about his health.

If any doubt lingered about Broncos rookie quarterback Bo Nix’s status for Monday night, he put it to rest Friday. “I’m good to go,” he said flatly. “Ready to roll.” Nix was estimated to be a limited participant in Denver’s Thursday walkthrough because of a back issue but then was a full participant Friday.

The veteran wide receiver has played a huge role in Nix’s development. During the past five games he has caught 36 passes for 467 yards and three touchdowns, including two in Sunday’s win. The Broncos began the day 1-of-6 on third down. They converted five of their next seven attempts, and Sutton was the target on four of those plays.
