Airports across the United States are preparing for what is anticipated to be the busiest Thanksgiving travel period ever.

Due to staffing shortages, the Federal Aviation Administration has implemented a ground delay at Newark Liberty International Airport on Wednesday, one of the busiest travel days of the year.
