James Gladstone continues to take members of the Rams' front office with him to Jacksonville after being hired as the Jaguars' GM

The Jacksonville Jaguars are making an addition to their front office under GM James Gladstone. According to Jonathan Jones of CBS Sports, the Jaguars are hiring Brian Xanders to a front office role with the team. What Xanders' exact job responsibilities will include was not reported by Jones.

The shuffling in the Jacksonville Jaguars front office continues. Roughly a week ago, the Jaguars announced that they were relieving assistant general manager Ethan Waugh of his duties. He had previously served as interim general manager following Trent Baalke.
